Company Introduction

WUXI MEIYE ENGINE MANUFACTURE CO., LTD. was established in 2001. Our company specializes in the production of stamping and welding parts for automotive seat system, shock absorption system, exhaust system and home appliances. We can customize products based on customers’ drawings. Our company has a technical team of 35 professionals, covering process development, mold and tooling design, process planning, and mold/tooling manufacturing and maintenance. The mold design and manufacturing cycle ranges from 25 to 45 days depending on the complexity of the parts. We also have a quality control team of around 20 people and a fully equipped quality testing laboratory to guarantee product quality. We Have testing machines such as Universal tool microscope, Welding Penetration tester, CMM testing equipment, hardness testing equipment, tensile testing machine and so on. Our company has over 200 employees, and with IATF16949 management system certificate and ISO14001 environmental management system certificate. Our main manufacture equipments are as follows: punching machines from 60T to 800T, hydraulic press machines from 100T to 630T, various types of welding machines and station. The total quantity of products we produced each year exceeds 10 million pieces.We’ve got many years of experience as supplier working with domestic and foreign clients , such as BOSCH, Korean Sejong Group, Weichai Group, Weifu Group, Vibracoustic, Panasonic and so on.
